• I will design web sites for private individuals.
• I will discuss your requirements.
• Each web site is individually designed for the client.
• I charge the same amount for 1 to 5 pages
• Additional pages will be charged separately.
• You will need to provide me with the text
• You will need to provide me with the images
• You will need to provide me with the Photographs
• I will resize the images.
• I will submit the web site once to the search engines.
• I would recommend that you submit at least every 6 months but you should not submit more than once a month

My Charges

• Development and uploading of the website as above £100.
• Additional Pages from £10.
• Changes to web site from £5.
• Domain name and web hosting £50 per annum.

Annual Charges

• A minimum charge of £50 will be made for maintenance of your website.
• Web hosting and Domain names will be charged at the relevant rate each year.
