We visit our home regularly and employ an excellent Management Team to help maintain a high standard at our villa.

• All Year round Rate - GBP£625 / US$1085 per week (except Easter, July, August, Xmas & New Year)
• Bookings for Easter, July, August, Christmas & New Year (11th Dec to 8th Jan) - GBP£695 / US$1190 per week
• Fully Inclusive of Gas Pool Heating, Hot Tub Heating and State Taxes

• Bookings of less than a week will incur and end of stay cleaning charge of £50 / $90
• £ 200 / US $300 non-refundable Booking Deposit to secure reservation
• Outstanding Balance due 2 Months before commencement of Stay
• £ 200 / US $300 refundable Security Deposit payable with the outstanding balance

	For those people who have occasional mobility problems we now have a manual wheel chair for hire. Located at the villa. No Need to Walk from the Car Park to the Rental Office at the Theme Parks.
