Florida Hills offers a Stunning Luxury Vacation Home with many extras, we are not just a "standard" rental home.
Our rates include Tax, GAS Pool heating, Hot Tub Heating, Free wi-fi, Free International Telephone Calls, Free use of the Safe, Free use of Nursery Equipment and many additional amenities within the villa. This means you know exactly how much you are going to pay at a glance.

We visit our home regularly and employ an excellent Management Team to help maintain a high standard at our villa.

• All Year round Rate - GBP£650 / US$1120 per week (except Easter, July, August, Xmas & New Year)
• Bookings for Easter, July, August, Christmas & New Year (11th Dec to 8th Jan) - GBP£725 / US$1225 per week
• Fully Inclusive of Gas Pool Heating, Hot Tub Heating and State Taxes
• Discount for bookings bookings of 3 or more weeks.

• Bookings of less than a week will incur and end of stay cleaning charge of £50 / $90
• £ 200 / US $300 non-refundable Booking Deposit to secure reservation
• For bookings over 3 weeks we will require a non refundable booking deposit of 10% of the rental.
• Outstanding Balance due 2 Months before commencement of Stay
• £ 200 / US $300 refundable Security Deposit payable with the outstanding balance
  

Please note that our published rates have been discounted by 5% for Cash, Cheque (Check), Bank Transfers, BACS and Wire Payments.
If you wish to pay by paypal or credit cards then the rates will normally exclude this 5% discount but please check with us first.

Optional Extra

	For those people who have occasional mobility problems we now have a manual wheel chair for hire. Located at the villa. No Need to Walk from the Car Park to the Rental Office at the Theme Parks. No need to queue at the Rental Office. Available to use throughout your stay at our villa. £20 / US$40 per week to Hire
