Our Florida Villa at Indian Point is ideally located just 10 minutes from Disney World, 15 minutes from Sea World and within 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
Within a 2 minute drive from the villa you will find on the Highway 192 a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart, Mini Golf, Medieval Times (Themed Restaurant), Various Restaurants, pubs and Shops. We also have the added benefit of an entrance onto Poinciana Boulevard giving access to the Parks without having to travel along the Highway 192.

Indian Point is a quiet residential development in Kissimmee Orlando Florida Yet Close to the Attractions.
It has a mix of Vacation Rental Villas and Residential Homes. The community boasts a large Community Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Area, Children's Play Area and Lake Areas.

The Kissimmee Area has many attractions to offer being in the heart of 'Vacation land' and Close to Disney World.  If it’s the more relaxing holiday, which interests you, you can either laze around your own private pool and hot tub, or use the large community pool, tennis court or children's play areas which are just a stroll away. Or if a gentler pace of life beckons on the Gulf Coast, a 178-mile stretch of shallow bays, blue lagoons and tiny islands - within driving distance.

For the Golfer there are numerous courses within easy travelling distance of our villa, catering for all abilities.
